There are recommendations that can be resolved immediately during the session. However, there are many recommendations that need time to be implemented.
Every month, the National Assembly delegations have reported on the receipt of documents responding to voters' petitions, and before each session, they have reported on the assessment of the response and resolution of voters' petitions by central ministries and branches.

This contributes to removing many difficulties and obstacles, promoting socio-economic development, stabilizing social order and security, and creating trust for voters and people nationwide.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man often emphasizes the need to quickly and fully collect voters' petitions; clearly classify which petitions are the responsibility of the National Assembly and the Government; which are the responsibility of localities and provinces and need to be quickly resolved in the spirit of being resolute, determined, and determined to produce results.
National Assembly leaders requested that these problems not be allowed to persist and affect people's lives.
The National Assembly Chairman also requested that we should do our best to do what is beneficial to the people and avoid what is harmful to the people. We must pay attention to and resolve voters' pressing issues in a reasonable manner, clearly distinguishing right from wrong, and with complete sincerity.
Each time National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels meet with voters, it is necessary to select issues to promptly answer and resolve for the people.
With its role and function of legislation, supervision and decision on important issues of the country, the National Assembly Chairman affirmed that the National Assembly always accompanies the Government in successfully implementing the Party's Resolutions, promptly resolving difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings to promote socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security are maintained, and build the Party and build a truly clean and strong political system.

This has great political significance, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the National Assembly.
In terms of content, through direct discussion in the hall, National Assembly deputies can base on the handling of voters' petitions by the Government, ministries, branches, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, etc. to make assessments of what has been done, what has not been done, and what is still owed to voters and people.
From there, it contributes to increasing the responsibility of the Government, ministers, heads of sectors... in the necessity of responding to and resolving voters' petitions and identifying responding to and resolving voters' petitions as one of the key tasks of agencies.
