On the evening of October 31, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha led a Central working delegation to visit, share and present 5 billion VND to support Quang Tri province in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
On behalf of the leaders of the Party, State, Government and Vietnam Fatherland Front, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha expressed his condolences to the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Tri for the heavy damage caused by floods.
The Deputy Prime Minister suggested that the province mobilize the participation of the entire political system to help people soon stabilize their lives, while proactively implementing effective solutions to respond to climate change in the coming time.
On this occasion, the Central working delegation presented support of 5 billion VND from the leaders of the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front to help Quang Tri province overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
On behalf of the locality, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee respectfully thanked the Central Government for its timely attention and support and said that the entire amount will be transferred to people in flooded areas, contributing to stabilizing their lives and restoring production soon.
