Government Inspectorate inspects and supervises the reduction of administrative procedures

The Government Inspectorate and the Government Party Committee's Inspection Committee are assigned to inspect and supervise the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 144/CD-TTg on ensuring the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures, business conditions and smooth and effective implementation of administrative procedures in the implementation of local government at both levels.

According to the dispatch, ministries and agencies have reviewed and developed plans to reduce and simplify administrative procedures (AP) and business conditions (BKSD).

To date, 10 ministries and agencies have submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval of plans, of which the Prime Minister has approved plans to cut and simplify 1,315 administrative procedures and cut 872KKD under the management of 4 Ministries; 3 Ministries and agencies are submitting to the Prime Minister and 3 Ministries and agencies are continuing to supplement and complete documents to submit to the Prime Minister.

Accordingly, it is expected that in 2025, 488 administrative procedures will be abolished, 2,675 administrative procedures will be simplified (accounting for 74.86% of the total number of administrative procedures related to production and business activities) and 2,028 cuts will be made out of a total of 7,806 business conditions (reaching a rate of 26%).

The Prime Minister requested localities to strengthen inspection, guidance, and promptly handle difficulties and problems, especially "bottlenecks" and "bottlenecks" in the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures in provinces and cities.

Actively promote communication on administrative procedure reform; guide and support people and businesses, create consensus and companionship in society.

The Prime Minister requested ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairmen of Provincial and Municipal People's Committees to be responsible to the Government and the Prime Minister for the results of cutting and simplifying administrative procedures, business conditions and implementing administrative procedures smoothly and effectively in implementing local governments at both levels and tasks in this Official Dispatch.

Report to the Government and the Prime Minister on the implementation results (in the report on administrative procedure reform) before the 25th of each month.

The Government Office, according to its assigned functions and tasks, monitors, urges, and summarizes the situation and results of implementing this telegram, promptly reports to the Prime Minister on arising issues beyond its authority according to regulations.

The Government Inspectorate and the Government Party Committee's Inspection Committee shall develop a plan to inspect, examine and supervise the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions of ministries, branches and provinces and centrally run cities in accordance with Party regulations and State laws.

Emphasizing that this is a very important and urgent task that needs to be urgently focused on completion, the Prime Minister requested ministries, heads of ministerial-level agencies, secretaries of provincial Party committees, city Party committees, and chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities to spend time paying attention to, leading, and directing affiliated agencies and units to complete the above tasks.

In which, it ensures the reform of administrative procedures and the settlement of work, administrative procedures, and public services for people and businesses smoothly, effectively, and without interruption when operating the 2-level local government model.
