The Minister of Public Security presented the basic content of the draft; The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice presented a summary of the review report, proposing issues that need to be discussed by the National Assembly.
Also on the same morning, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave its opinion on the draft Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended).

In the afternoon, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider and decide on adjusting the central budget expenditure estimate allocated to the Ministry of Construction and supplementing it with a target to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities in 2025 according to the Government's Submission No. 699/TTr-CP dated August 15, 2025.
