The contest is a meaningful activity towards the 80th Anniversary of the Vietnam Inspectorate Traditional Day (November 23, 1945 - November 23, 2025) and the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Inspectorate, contributing to honoring outstanding people and groups throughout the 80 years of building, maturing and contributing of the Vietnam Inspectorate.
The contest aims to find and honor typical examples who are spreading the spirit of "Trust - Trust - Loyalty - Trung", people who are dedicated and resilient in the fight against corruption and negativity; pioneers in digital transformation, innovating inspection methods; have many outstanding initiatives and achievements in professional work; and have a positive and strong influence on the community.
After more than 4 months of implementation, the Organizing Committee has received 190 entries from central and local press agencies, industry units and individuals who love the activities of the Inspectorate.
The jury selected the 16 best awards, including 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, 5 Encouragement Prizes, 2 Collective Prizes and 3 Inspirational Character Prizes.
Accordingly, the First Prize went to the work "Nguoi con pa Co lam thanh tra", author Le Huu Chinh (Thanh Tra Newspaper) with the character of Mr. Ho Anh Tuan - Deputy Head of Department 6, Quang Tri Provincial Inspectorate.
The Inspirational Character Award was awarded to the Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Major General Phan Van Lai (former Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Public Security); Mr. Ho Anh Tuan - Deputy Head of the 6th Department of Professional Affairs, Quang Tri Provincial Inspectorate; Dr. Dinh Van Minh - former Director of the Legal Department, Government Inspectorate.
Speaking at the Award Ceremony, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay said that in a very short time, the contest received nearly 200 works, each article is a vivid piece, depicting the image of a steadfast, objective, dedicated and humane Inspectorate cadre as "bright lights" inspiring colleagues, society, and the younger generation of the industry today and tomorrow.

This contest, more than an event of honor, is an affirmation that the strength of the Inspectorate is not only in institutions or legal tools, but also comes from people, from the belief, responsibility and aspiration to serve the Party, the State and the People - Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay emphasized.
