Tomorrow (June 24), the 10th session of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council will take place.
This is the last session of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council before merging with Phu Yen province.
At this session, the Provincial People's Council plans to review 49 reports, 2 notices and approve 16 resolutions.
Important contents include: Socio-economic development situation, thrift practice in the first 6 months of 2025, results of innovation of general education programs, work of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, results of activities of the People's Court, the People's Procuracy, the Department of Judgment Enforcement, and crime prevention and control in the first 6 months of 2025.
At the meeting, delegates will consider and approve the submission and draft resolution on: Amending Resolution No. 25/2024/NQ-HDND on the criteria for bidding to select investors for land-using projects; List of works and projects requiring land acquisition for socio-economic development;
Change the purpose of rice-growing land and forest land in 2025; List of land areas to be bid according to the 2024 Land Law; Approving the State budget settlement in 2024.
The meeting will also adjust and assign a detailed list of investment projects from the State budget to the New Rural and Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program, as well as adjust the public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025.
In addition, the organization of the Dak Lak Provincial Land Development Fund will be improved and support the termination of employment for the part-time commune police force.
