On July 15, in Yen Bai commune (Hanoi City), Politburo Member, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc attended the 2026 All People's Day for National Security Protection.
The festival is co-organized by the Central Steering Committee for the All-People Movement to Protect National Security, Hanoi City and Yen Bai commune.
Speaking at the festival, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc stated clearly that for many years, the locality has done a good job of ensuring security and order, especially the movement "All people protect national security", making an important contribution to maintaining stability and promoting socio-economic development.
The Standing Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that all activities of society, including criminal activities, take place from the grassroots level. When people actively participate and support the Police force, the work of fighting and preventing crime, ensuring security and order will achieve high efficiency.
Reality shows that localities that maintain security and order are all places where the "All people protect national security" movement is maintained effectively, including Yen Bai commune.
Regarding tasks in the coming time, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister requested to continue to innovate the content and forms of propaganda in a practical direction, suitable for each target group; promote the application of technology and digital transformation in propaganda, information reception and processing.
Guide people to proactively prevent high-tech crimes and cyber fraud, protect personal data and property; and at the same time continue to build and replicate models of self-protection, self-management, self-protection, and mediation at the grassroots level and promptly commend typical examples and effective ways of doing things.
It is necessary to link the movement "All people protect national security" with campaigns, patriotic emulation movements and socio-economic development tasks; organize the Festival in a practical direction, strongly towards the grassroots level for a large number of people to directly participate.
Continue to consolidate the political system and forces at the grassroots level; promote the role of heads, village heads, people with prestige in the community and each cadre and party member in propaganda and mobilization of the people; pay attention to building forces to participate in protecting security and order at the grassroots level that are clean, strong, close to the people, and close to the people; fully implement regimes and policies for this force.
At the same time, requesting the Police force to continue to promote its core role, proactively advise Party committees and authorities, and coordinate the synchronous implementation of measures to prevent and combat crime and social evils.
For Yen Bai commune, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister requested the locality to build the movement "All people protect national security" in the area to be increasingly deep, practical, and effective, striving to become a bright spot of Hanoi City in ensuring security and order.
