This is the passion and responsibility of the Central Standing Committee of the Association, the Association organization system in all localities and over 27 million members nationwide.

The General Secretary emphasized that in the new context and requirements that require the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education to continue to innovate its methods of operation, contributing practically to the goal of building a learning society, arousing a learning culture among the entire people, so that every citizen, especially the cadres and employees in the political system " daring to think, daring to speak, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to sacrifice for the common good".

In the coming time, the General Secretary suggested a number of key orientations.
The Association must affirm building a learning society, lifelong learning, as a foundation for forming a learning nation, a innovative nation, associated with the aspiration for rapid and sustainable development of the country.
Encouraging learning and promoting talents must be substantial and practical, aiming to improve labor productivity, raise intelligence, and create development opportunities for all people, especially in border areas, islands, ethnic minority areas, and areas with many difficulties.
Lifelong learning is not only the personal need of each citizen, but also the key to improving people's knowledge, training human resources, innovating and developing breakthroughs, promoting rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, helping each citizen become useful to society.
The Association must promote the application of digital transformation in encouraging learning and talent promotion, in the context of strong and urgent development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; it is necessary to build and pilot lifelong learning records for citizens, towards nationwide implementation; study and learn from the experience of the National Assembly's "Digital learning environment - Digital National Assembly" program.

Emphasizing that our nation has a tradition of studiousness and respect for talents, the General Secretary recalled that President Ho Chi Minh once emphasized: "A poor nation is a weak nation", and advised: "Studying to work, be a person, be a cadre. Study to serve the Fatherland and the people". He also affirmed: "The more society comes, the more work, the more sophisticated the machinery is. If I refused to study, I would be lacking, but if I was lacking, I would be eliminated, eliminating myself. Uncle Ho's ideology is the guiding principle for the cause of education, training and promoting learning and talent in our country.
With the spirit of building a learning society, promoting learning, promoting talents, which is a strategic investment for the future of the nation, the General Secretary hopes that each family must become a learning cell, each citizen is a citizen of lifelong learning. This is an inevitable path for Vietnam to rise strongly, realizing its aspiration for greatness and prosperity.
