In 2025, the EVNHCMC Party Committee has strictly implemented the principle of democratic centralism, ensuring the collective leadership role of the Party Committee, promoting the individual role of Party Committee members and leaders; and strictly implementing the principles of Party organization and activities.
At the same time, continue to innovate and effectively implement political and ideological education work, regularly and promptly disseminate resolutions, directives and regulations of the Central Committee, the City Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; promote propaganda and organize activities and emulation works to celebrate Party Congresses at all levels; lead, direct and successfully organize congresses of affiliated party organizations and the 4th EVNHCMC Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The EVNHCMC Party Committee has summarized Resolution No. 18 - NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee "On a number of issues to continue to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and received Binh Duong Power Company and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Power Company from the Southern Power Corporation.
EVNHCMC Party Committee also disseminated and implemented the Resolution of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Party Congress, the Resolution of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and action programs to implement the resolution; important regulations, directives, and resolutions of the Politburo such as Resolution No. 57 - NQ/TW "On breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation"; Resolution No. 59 - NQ/TW "On international integration in the new situation"; Resolution No. 70 - NQ/TW "On ensuring national energy security to 2030, with a vision to 2045"...
The EVNHCMC Party Committee has stepped up the fight against corruption, negativity, waste, prevention, and repelling of manifestations of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation" internally associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; strengthening the work of inspection, supervision, and discipline of the Party and resolving complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections of organizations and individuals; promoting the role of mass organizations in gathering, educating, mobilizing, and grasping the aspirations of employees.
At the same time, lead and direct the excellent implementation of the set goals, targets and tasks. As a result, EVNHCMC has achieved and exceeded 11/11 production and business targets assigned by the Power Group, ensuring adequate and stable power supply, meeting the needs of electricity for socio-economic development, national defense - security and the people, contributing to the recovery and development of Ho Chi Minh City's economy; commercial electricity output reached 43.27 billion kWh, an increase of 0.5% over the same period, and cost-effective electricity output reached 1,038 million kWh, accounting for 2. 40% of commercial electricity.
With its efforts, in 2025, EVNHCMC was honored to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President.
