Stable production and business, hydropower promotes the role of flood regulation
The report at the conference showed that in September 2025, EVNGENCO1 will continue to operate safely, stabilize the power generation system, and ensure continuous power supply for the national power system. The total electricity output of the Corporation in September reached 2.1 billion kWh, bringing the accumulated 9 months to 25.8 billion kWh.

The thermal power block continues to maintain a high disposable coefficient, the units operate stably and the fuel supply is fully and promptly guaranteed. Environmental protection work is focused on, the rate of ash consumption in factories remains at a high level of 93-200%, contributing to minimizing environmental impact and promoting the circular economic model.
In addition, EVNGENCO1 continues to strongly implement scientific and technological activities, innovation and digital transformation, considering this a key driving force to improve competitiveness and production and business efficiency. September also marked a highlight activity when EVNGENCO1 held the Conference "Innovation and human resource development in the EVNGENCO1 Cultural Journey" on September 13. The event focuses on three key pillars: promoting corporate cultural values, arousing creativity from people and promoting innovative solutions in production and business. The conference strongly spread the spirit of " dare to think - dare to do - dare to innovate", creating motivation for the team of cadres, engineers and workers to proactively contribute initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
Goals and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025: Accelerate to reach the finish line
Entering the fourth quarter - the decisive period of 2025, EVNGENCO1 sets a total effort target in all aspects to complete and exceed the set plan. The Corporation focuses on strictly controlling economic and technical indicators such as heat loss rate, availability coefficient and incident rate; at the same time, operating flexible fuel supply on the basis of financial balance, ensuring sufficient and stable operation. For hydropower plants, the goal of returning the reservoir water level to normal water levels before December 31 is considered a key task to prepare for the dry season in 2026. In October and the fourth quarter of 2025, EVNGENCO1 strives to complete the output plan of 2.8 billion kWh in October, as a foundation to achieve and exceed the annual output target.
