The conference was attended by a total of 90 delegates, including Company leaders, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, representatives of relevant functional departments; managers, deputy managers, economic and technical staff of the units and workers directly working at Coal Selection Workshop 1.
At the conference, the managers, deputy managers, employees, and workers at the units had discussions and questions focusing on the contents related to the mobilization of labor between units in the Company in accordance with the general production requirements, the needs of employment and income of workers; security, safety, and travel of officers and workers when they are arranged to mobilize labor between units; problems of units with workers being mobilized to and from; training, safety training, and specific work instructions for workers being mobilized to work to ensure productivity, labor efficiency, and safety; sense of organization and discipline of mobilized workers; production coordination between officers and workers of the managing unit and workers of the mobilized unit.
The conference also frankly evaluated, learned from experience, promoted advantages, overcame shortcomings and limitations after implementing flexible labor arrangement, and at the same time proposed superior and more effective solutions, promptly grasped the thoughts and aspirations of employees in regulating and arranging labor between units to balance jobs, salaries, and strive to complete the Company's production and business tasks. Through the conference, it disseminated to staff and employees about the current production and business situation so that employees could understand and share difficulties with the Group and the Company.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union Do Van Tang, on behalf of the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, commended the staff of the units for their efforts in overcoming difficulties, sharing jobs, sharing income, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and mutual love in all circumstances to successfully complete tasks, stabilize the lives of individuals as well as colleagues in the unit and in the Company.
With the spirit of: "Double the difficulty, triple the effort", flexible labor arrangement in production aims to ensure jobs and lives for employees, complete production and business tasks, maintain security, order and safety of the Company in 2024 and the following years, ensure the legitimate and legal rights of employees, and is also an important condition for the Company to stabilize and develop sustainably.
Concluding the conference, Director Nguyen Anh Chuong sincerely thanked the employees of the units for trusting in the implementation of the labor arrangement plan as well as sharing with the Company during the recent difficult production period.
Through the comments, the Company Director requested relevant functional departments to study and propose solutions for appropriate adjustments. Continue to maintain the flexible labor arrangement plan until a new plan is available, but still have to carefully consider factors to facilitate the organization and operation.
At the same time, we believe that in the face of difficulties and challenges, the spirit of solidarity, "Discipline and unity" along with the sympathy and sharing of the entire Company's employees will be the strength for Cua Ong Coal Selection Company to overcome all difficulties and successfully complete its production and business tasks in 2024 and the following years.
