Article 11 of the 2024 Land Law stipulates prohibited acts in the land sector as follows:
1. Encroaching, occupying, destroying land.
2. Violating the provisions of the law on state management of land.
3. Violating land policies for ethnic minorities.
4. Taking advantage of positions and powers to violate the provisions of the law on land management.
5. Not providing information or providing inaccurate land information, not meeting the requirements for deadlines according to the provisions of law.
6. Failure to prevent or handle violations of land laws.
7. Not complying with the provisions of law when exercising the rights of land users.
8. Using land, conducting transactions on land use rights without registering with competent authorities.
9. Failure to fulfill or not fully fulfill financial obligations to the State.
10. Obstruction or difficulty in land use and exercise of land users' rights as prescribed by law.
11. Gender discrimination in land management and use.
Thus, the law prohibits gender discrimination in land management and use according to the above provisions.
