Standards for considering wage raising ahead of time for officers from March, 2025

Article 7 of Circular 18/2025/TT-BQP of the Ministry of Defense stipulates that the rank of graduates of training officers in the army; promoted the rank of officers, the highest level, ahead of time and raise the officer's salary ahead of time (effective from March 22, 2025) stipulates the criteria and criteria for considering raising wages ahead of time as follows:

1. Officers who have the highest rank of the position, the title is undertaking to consider raising the salary before the deadline when it is one of the following cases:

a) General officers:

Awarded one of the forms of commendation specified in Clause 1, Article 5 of this Circular, considered to be considering raising wages ahead of time after the officer decided to reward.

Awarded one of the forms of commendation specified at Point b, Clause 1, Article 6 of this Circular, considered to be raised wages before the deadline for no more than 24 months.

b) The officer level, the lieutenant level:

Awarded one of the forms of commendation specified in Clause 1, Article 5 of this Circular, considered to be considering raising wages ahead of time after the officer decided to reward.

Awarded one of the forms of commendation specified at Point b, Clause 1, Article 6 of this Circular, considered to be raised wages before the deadline for no more than 24 months.

There are sufficient criteria and criteria to consider promoting the ranks before the time limit specified at Points c, Clauses 1 and 2, Clause 3, Article 6 of this Circular, considered to be considering raising wages ahead of the period not exceeding 12 months.

2. In the case of cadres who achieve many achievements, only one achievement will be applied to consider raising wages ahead of time (the remaining achievements are not reserved); If not yet considered, one of the achievements has been achieved to consider raising the salary before the deadline for the next salary increase.

3. Special cases have not been specified in Clause 1 of this Article, which is considered by competent authorities.
