On March 18, the Military Admissions Committee (Ministry of National Defense) announced the enrollment quota for 20 military schools.
The total target for the military system is about 4,400, down nearly 1,000 compared to last year.
Schools plan to continue admission by 7 combinations, including A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology), C00 (Literature, History, Geography), D01 (Math, Literature, English), D02 (Math, Literature, Russian), D04 (Math, Literature, Chinese), depending on the school. Of which, the most admission combinations are A00 and A01.

For the military system, candidates must participate in the preliminary round at the military command of the district, town, city where they have registered their permanent residence, expected from March 25 to May 20.
In addition to the military system, the military school sector will recruit the civil system with about 3,500 targets. Students are allowed to register for direct admission to schools, without having to go through preliminary admission.
Last year, 17 military schools recruited about 5,300 undergraduate students. The benchmark score based on high school graduation exam scores ranges from 20.6 to 28.55 points.
