The 13B road project extending from Quyet Thang residential group to Mang Ngot residential group, Son Duong town was started in February 2023 with a total investment of 110 billion VND, invested by the Son Duong District Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The contractor is 27/7 Company Limited. With a length of more than 2km, this route will be completed in 12 months. However, due to some problems arising, after 2 years of construction, the new project is now in the completion stage.
Recorded at the beginning of May 2025, the entire length of the road surface has been paved with asphalt concrete, lighting systems have been installed. Items such as sidewalks and drainage are under construction.

Mr. Le Van Toan (Son Duong town) said that this route opens up new development space for the town, making travel between residential groups safe when not having to go through National Highway 37.
"In 2024, there will be a lot of rain, so construction will stop at some point. We also hope that the road will be completed soon and handed over so that people can move conveniently," said Mr. Toan.
The 13B extended road project has been reopened according to urban road standards with items such as sidewalks, trees, lighting, and a synchronously designed drainage system.
Informing reporters, a representative of the Son Duong District Construction Investment Project Management Board said that route 13B has a longer construction period than expected due to problems in site clearance and the need to adjust some construction items.
"In addition, the project lacks on-site fill soil, forcing the contractor to transport soil remotely, causing costs and construction time to be adjusted. Currently, only a few small items remain, and the project is expected to be handed over for use in the second quarter of 2025," informed the Son Duong District Construction Investment Project Management Board.
