In document No. 1187/UBND-KTTH, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan requested agencies, organizations, units and enterprises to urgently review to register as inventoried subjects for infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State.
Urgently conduct an inventory and enter data into the General inventory of Public Assets software, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and logistics of the data; completion deadline before March 31, 2025.
Units subject to the organizational arrangement of the apparatus will speed up the progress of the general inventory and hand over the work that has been and is being implemented related to the general inventory to the (new) agency or unit after the implementation of the restructuring of the apparatus.
After the arrangement and streamlining, the specialized agency under the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province currently has 12 departments and branches with 72 departments and 6 departments and branches.
There are 3 other administrative organizations including the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Industrial Park Management Board, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center with 21 departments and branches.
Administrative organizations at the district level have 80 specialized departments and 496 public service units. From December 2024 to present, the whole province of Bac Ninh has reduced 174 heads of agencies and units.
According to the draft Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee drafted by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the whole country has 52 provinces and cities subject to merger according to new criteria, including Bac Ninh province.
Bac Ninh province currently has 8 district-level administrative units, including 4 districts, 2 towns and 2 cities; 121 commune-level administrative units, including 66 communes, 50 wards and 5 towns.
Recently, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also requested departments, branches and sectors to temporarily suspend recruitment, planning, nomination, and appointment to higher positions.
