In which, investing in the main road DT 14 in Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city;
Invest in a road from Tan Ba market intersection (DT 747A road) connecting to D21 road, Tan Hanh ward, Bien Hoa city (Dong Nai);
Invest in the construction of a road connecting Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 with Bien Hoa airport (from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street to Pham Van Dieu Street).
The People's Committee of Binh Duong Province assigns the Management Board of the Investment Project to build the provincial transport works in collaboration with the Department of Finance to review the scale, investment costs and progress of project implementation. At the same time, completing the documents as prescribed, submitting to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee for signing and promulgating.
According to the records, of the above 3 projects, there are 2 projects connecting to Dong Nai province: DT 747A road and Pham Van Dieu road connecting to Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.
Currently, these two routes are still narrow. Most notably is DT 747A, one of the main traffic axes connecting Binh Duong with Dong Nai, which currently has only 2 lanes. Every day, many trucks, containers transporting goods and people's vehicles travel between the two provinces. During rush hours, this route is often congested. For a long time, people in Binh Duong have wanted the local government to soon expand this route.
