The Ninh Binh Province Guest House Construction Project (Project) is built on a total area of nearly 12,000m2, in Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province, with a total area of nearly 12,000m2.
The project is invested by the Ninh Binh Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a completion date of 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh - Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the project was newly invested in construction, meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel, to meet the requirements of public housing for cadres under the management of the Central Government to transfer to the province, cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer from districts and cities of the old Ha Nam, Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh provinces to the working province after the merger. At the same time, it welcomed central, domestic and international delegations, serving conferences, seminars and political events of the province.
The total investment of the project is 170 billion VND from the provincial budget. The scale of investment in the construction of the project includes: 8-storey guest house; 2-storey conference house; rotating staff house (including 2 blocks of houses A and B) built in the style of villas; dining room and other auxiliary works.
Present at the project construction site on the morning of November 16, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the construction unit is mobilizing machinery and human resources to focus on speeding up the project completion progress.
"Currently, the construction volume has reached about 30%, we are directing construction units to focus on speeding up the progress to shorten the completion time and put it into use soon" - Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board Nguyen Hoang Anh said.
Also according to Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board Nguyen Hoang Anh, if the weather is favorable, the project completion time will be shortened to about 6 months and is expected to be put into use before June 2026.
