The Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection team to monitor the implementation of the law in the province in 2025.
The delegation was led by Mr. Vu Quang Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice. The Deputy Head of the delegation is Mr. Le Dang Khoa - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police. In addition, the delegation also had the participation of leaders and officials from the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Department of Justice Office.
According to the Decision, the Inspection Team will collect, review and evaluate the situation of law enforcement in many areas.
In the fields of Land and Environment, granting Land Use Rights Certificates, land recovery, managing water protection corridors, forest allocation and changing forest use purposes.
The Fire Prevention and Fighting sector checks fire safety conditions at key facilities such as Dong Kinh Market, Social Housing Apartment No. 2, Four Points By Sheraton Lang Son Hotel Complex ( Four Points Lang Son).
In the field of social policies, inspect the implementation of policies to support people, workers, businesses, cooperatives, and business households in the post-COVID-19 context, including Bao Long Company Limited selected as the direct inspection unit.
In addition to direct inspection, the delegation will also request relevant departments and branches to report the results of law enforcement within their management scope.
The inspection activities are conducted based on data for the period 2021 - 2025, and must be completed before September 30, 2025.
