In recent days, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain, many areas in Hue City have been deeply flooded, landslides and locally isolated. In that situation, Hue City Police proactively and promptly deployed response measures to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.

In Hung Loc commune, where many low-lying areas are isolated, the commune police force coordinated with local authorities to evacuate the elderly, children, and pregnant women to safe places. Officers and soldiers also supported people to raise their elevation, move furniture and livestock, limit damage caused by floods, and be on duty 24/7, ready for rescue when there are emergency situations.

On the La Son - Tuy Loan route, where many serious landslides caused traffic disruption, the Traffic Police of Hue City Police set up checkpoints, placed warning signs and instructed vehicles not to move into dangerous areas, ensuring safety for people and vehicles.

In An Cuu ward, many streets such as Nguyen Huu Canh, Tran Thanh Mai, Nguyen Khoa Chiem... were deeply flooded. The ward police have mobilized all forces to the grassroots, supported people in low-lying areas to move their assets, helped the elderly and children, and coordinated with functional forces to regulate traffic and prevent vehicles from entering heavily flooded areas.
