Accordingly, the Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee requested the Department of Construction, Nam Tra My Commune People's Committee and Hoa Xuan Ward People's Committee to draw experience in organizing contractor selection, ensuring the selection of contractors with full capacity and practical experience in accordance with the information provided in the bidding documents, ensuring the progress of deployment and completion of the project.
In case of arising problems, it is necessary to promptly report to the City People's Committee for consideration and handling to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with regulations.
In case of not fully and promptly reporting and allowing the situation of selected contractors not ensuring capacity and slow construction progress to occur, units must bear full responsibility before the law and the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
The Department of Construction, Nam Tra My Commune People's Committee and Hoa Xuan Ward People's Committee urgently directed the handling of 5 cases of contractors who are not qualified according to the provisions of law.
Along with that, publicize the capacity of weak contractors who violate bidding regulations on the City Electronic Information Portal and other means of information according to regulations.
Investors and project management boards continue to fully implement the review of contractor capacity and periodically report according to the direction of the City People's Committee before the 25th of each month; reports must be complete, specific, and accurate for cases where contractors violate or are behind schedule.
If the report is incomplete and inaccurate, the investors and management boards must bear full responsibility before the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
