Focus on digital transformation
According to Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee, in recent times, digital transformation work in the locality has always received attention and direction from Party committees at all levels. The Provincial People's Committee, departments, localities... have widely deployed it to the grassroots level.
In the period of 2022 - 2024, the budget allocated for digital transformation tasks and projects in the province is about 171 billion VND.
Of which, the State budget is more than 170 billion VND, socialized funding is about 340 million VND (accounting for about 0.66% of total State budget expenditure).
Up to now, the document management and administration system has been deployed to 100% of state agencies and units from provincial to communal levels and connected with 100% of government agencies from provincial to communal levels (except for confidential documents).
The deployment of online public services has been implemented in 8/8 districts and cities. On average, each year, the rate of online applications is about 41.36%, the rate of applications received and processed is 47.76%.
Dak Nong province has implemented the Government's Project 06 very well. The whole province has received 370,473 applications for electronic identification account registration. Of these, 325,002 accounts have been activated, reaching a rate of 100.3% (exceeding 0.03% compared to the target assigned by the Ministry of Public Security).
The whole province has 4,277 units applying electronic invoices, reaching a rate of 100%. Of these, there are 2,940 enterprises, 411 organizations and 926 business households.
The rate of enterprises paying taxes electronically reached 98.19%, the rate of electronic tax payment documents/total tax payment documents reached 97.72%; the rate of money paid to the State budget via electronic form reached 97.53%.
Dak Nong supports bringing agricultural goods and products to e-commerce platforms. Especially agricultural products that meet OCOP, VIETGAP standards... to the postmart.vn e-commerce platform.
To date, 1,161 products have been supported to be listed on e-commerce platforms. Of these, 47/60 are OCOP products and 1,114 are other agricultural products. The province has coordinated with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to implement the Program to support small and medium enterprises in digital transformation...
Digital transformation in many fields
For the Education sector, a database has been developed including digital data on schools, classes, teachers; students, facilities, exam results, teaching plans, education quality assessment, learning outcomes, management... as a foundation for implementing digital transformation.
Currently, the Education sector is investing in deploying the VNA-Elearning online learning system and other applications such as Google Meet, Zoom, LMS... to organize online teaching. Thereby, helping students proactively study at home; deploying the system's online teaching lesson library for teachers and students to exploit and use...
Dak Nong is completing the construction of software to build a database for granting practice certificates, construction planning, and urban planning.
The provincial Construction Department is implementing the construction of an information system on housing and real estate market in Dak Nong province.
In the Transport sector, in addition to effectively applying digital platforms by the Ministry of Transport, this locality also installed a number of cameras at major intersections; key locations on roads in urban areas.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province has built software for a smart electronic library system and a system for digitizing and storing specialized data on cultural heritage.
By 2023, rare and valuable artifacts, groups of artifacts, and antiques at the Provincial Museum have been digitized. 3D digitization and basic information content of 370 ethnic cultural, historical, and archaeological artifacts have been uploaded to the electronic system.
In the judicial field, up to now, Dak Nong has scanned 513,200 pages of civil status records. Thereby, the judicial agency standardized information and updated it to digital tools, approved and transferred 382,897 (74.6%) of electronic civil status data nationwide.
