On September 1st, Phuoc Thai Commune People's Committee, Dong Nai City, just announced the public listing of the compensation, support and resettlement plan for the project to invest in the construction of road 770B (phase 7) section passing through the commune.
According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh Branch, phase 7 has 41 cases of recovery with an area of 36,978.2 m2; the total value of the compensation and support plan is more than 35.7 billion VND.
Previously, on July 10, the 770B road construction investment project was started with a total length of about 42.7km, with a total investment of 4,704 billion VND.
The investment project to build road 770B has a total recovered land area of more than 370 hectares passing through 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Bac, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Dau Giay, Gia Kiem, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap.
The total number of households whose land is recovered is 803 households, and about 354 households are expected to be resettled.
The investment project to build road 770B has the starting point intersecting with DT 763 road (Xuan Bac commune) and the ending point intersecting with National Highway 51 (in Phuoc Thai commune).
According to Dong Nai City People's Committee, road 770B is identified as one of the strategic traffic axes, connecting the northern and eastern areas of the city with National Highway 51, expressways, industrial parks, logistics centers and especially Long Thanh airport.
Along with key projects such as 769, 773, Ring Road 4, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway and many other strategic infrastructure projects, road 770B will contribute to completing a modern transportation network, creating a foundation for Dong Nai to develop into a high-tech industrial, logistics, aviation service and important trade gateway of the country as well as the region.
Road 770B invests in 6 lanes for motorized vehicles, building 14 bridges and 6 traffic intersections on the route.
