Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son has just signed and issued Official Letter No. 5328/UBND-NC dated September 30, 2025 on the implementation of Conclusion No. 195-KL/TW dated September 26, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

According to the content of the document, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of wards and communes to closely implement the direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat, ensuring the progress of completing policies and regimes for subjects who retire early and quit their jobs under the management of units and areas according to Decree 178/2024 and Decree 67/2025 of the Government.

At the same time, directors and heads of agencies and units must uphold the sense of responsibility in implementing policies and regimes at the unit; review and review responsibilities for organizations and individuals who intentionally cause difficulties.

Assign the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance to urge and guide units to comply with regulations. During the implementation process, there were still difficulties and problems beyond the authority, reporting and seeking opinions from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Assign the Department of Home Affairs to synthesize and advise on the development of a Report on the results of policy and regime payment according to the provisions of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government. Report to the City People's Committee before October 10, 2025.
