On April 21, according to Lao Dong, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a Decision approving the contractor selection plan for the Pac Luong Village Residential Area project (Trang Dinh district), part of the Sub-project of site clearance for the construction of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway (phase 1), implemented in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).
The project has a total value of bid packages of up to more than 53.6 billion VND, using state budget capital, divided into 8 bid packages, including consulting, design, supervision, construction and independent auditing.
Notably, the EC mixed-use package (geological survey, construction drawing design, total estimate and construction) is worth more than VND 52 billion.
According to the plan, contractor selection will be mainly held in the second quarter of 2025, with most bidding packages applying the form of shortened bidding.
In particular, the two largest packages, the EC mixed package and the construction supervision package, will be widely auctioned domestically through the national bidding network.
The main packages include the EC mixed package, worth 52 billion VND, which conducts surveys, designs, makes a total estimate and constructs the entire project according to the approved design.
Supervise the construction and installation of equipment, worth VND 897.1 million, and supervise the quality of the entire construction process.
Other consulting packages such as preparing bidding documents, appraising bidding documents, independent auditing... are worth from 5.4 million to more than 300 million VND, with implementation time from 1 to 2 months.
Trang Dinh District People's Committee is the agency organizing the implementation of the packages according to the approved plan, ensuring strict compliance with current legal regulations.
At the same time, the Department of Finance and related units will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, ensuring the legality and effectiveness of the bidding process.
The Pac Luong Village Residential Area Project is expected to meet the needs of resettlement for households affected by the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway project, a key traffic route connecting the two border provinces of Lang Son and Cao Bang, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the Northeast region.
