On August 13, according to a source from Lao Dong Newspaper, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a document requesting departments, branches, localities, investors and project enterprises to focus all their efforts to completely handle the problems, completing 100% of site clearance for 2 key expressway projects before August 15, 2025, in response to the Prime Minister's direction.
Accordingly, relevant units must focus highly on relocating houses, technical infrastructure, dumping sites... to hand over the entire remaining site to the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang border gate expressway project and the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway.
The Department of Construction and the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board are assigned to regularly inspect and supervise project enterprises to construct on schedule, ensure quality, and promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to handle problems to meet the schedule.
Along with that, investors and project enterprises are required to focus on human resources, equipment, organize scientific construction, take advantage of favorable weather to compensate for the volume of damage caused by rain, ensuring the route is open to traffic by the end of 2025 according to the Prime Minister's direction.
Quality management, labor safety and environmental sanitation must be tightened.
