Green Festival - a place to inspire green living
Recently, Vingroup Corporation has successfully organized the Green Festival at Ocean City with the theme "Green Era - The Era of Rising". The event attracted a large number of families to attend from early morning and enthusiastically participate in meaningful activities related to green transformation.
Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Hiep in Dong Anh district, Hanoi shared her feelings after experiencing the electric car: "Having to interact with many car owners, I feel happy and proud that Vietnamese people use Vietnamese electric cars and contribute to protecting the green environment".
Sharing the same feelings with Ms. Hiep, Mr. Nguyen Huy Minh, from Dan Phuong district, Hanoi, said that he was very happy to participate in meaningful green activities. Mr. Minh himself has "changed to green" when buying and experiencing the VF e34 electric car quite early.
"Since riding an electric car, my family, especially the children, has enjoyed it very much. Because electric cars are odorless, many entertainment systems are better than gasoline cars. Therefore, although my family still owns 2 gasoline cars, we have not been there for a long time" - Mr. Minh said.
Not only stopping at individual transformation, many people also spread the spirit of green transformation to family members and the community. Ms. Hiep said that this year she took her 2 young children with her to have an early awareness of green transformation and environmental protection.
Mr. Phan Manh Hung - another tourist present at Ocean City - said: "Hanoi is polluted at an alarming level, so switching to green transportation and switching to electric vehicles is very important. To do this, some people cannot succeed, need the transformation of the whole community.
Promoting green transformation in the community
The annual organization of the Green Festival event is one of many relentless efforts of Vingroup for the goal of promoting green transformation from within the ecosystem to the community. Up to now, all production and business activities are directed by the guideline "for the green future" such as developing VinFast electric car ecosystems, public green transport services, green real estate, green tourism, green schools, green hospitals ...
With the community, Vingroup has launched the campaign "Intensive Vietnamese spirit - For a Green future" nationwide; "For a green capital" in Hanoi and received comprehensive cooperation from localities and partner enterprises to jointly promote green transformation.
The Group also established a Green Future Fund to implement practical projects and action programs for sustainable green development goals through green transformation programs in Vietnam such as the Green 4th Day campaign; accompanied the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of more than 30 schools, institutes and units to organize the launch of the Green Summer campaign; organized Green Voice and Green Future Sending Contests in 2050 attracting the participation of more than 20,000 students (level 1 to 3) in dozens of localities across the country.
It can be said that green transformation will be a long-term process, but with the daily efforts of these units, the process will gradually be implemented, contributing to helping us enjoy a cleaner life.
