On August 30, news from the Management Board of Agricultural and Transport Construction Investment Projects of Khanh Hoa province said that the unit had a document reporting to the Provincial People's Committee regarding the proposal of Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company on the implementation of the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project.
Accordingly, this unit proposed that the Provincial People's Committee allow Phuc Son Group to resume construction for the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project.
According to reporters' records in the last days of August 2026, Phuc Son Group has resumed construction of the ground-level service road and drainage system from Cho Moi bridge to the railway, below Ngoc Hoi intersection.
The enterprise also coordinated with relevant units to handle the underground cable system. Some workers are excavating and clearing the spillway at Cho Moi bridge.
However, the area below the Ngoc Hoi intersection is still messy and dusty. Many people bring garbage to gather in this area. At the foot of the bridge, parking and trading also occur.
Previously, in the plan to report to functional agencies in Khanh Hoa, Phuc Son Group committed to the ground-level service road system of branches N1, N3.
Specifically, from August 15 to August 24, 2026, the enterprise will gather human resources, machinery, equipment and complete preparation work. From August 25, Phuc Son Group will deploy the construction of the drainage system and ground-level access roads of branches N1, N3, with an expected completion time of 60 days.
For branch N4, from August 20 to September 1, 2026, enterprises will gather machinery, equipment and drilled pile construction lines.
From September 5th, Phuc Son Group is constructing bored piles, including 14 piles belonging to TD4. 4 and TD4. 3 pillars.
In the period from October to December 2026, the enterprise will construct the pier base, pier body TD4. 4 and span structure from piers X10, X17 to pier TD4. 4.
3 BT projects in Nha Trang not yet completed
Phuc Son Group currently has 3 BT (build - transfer) projects in Nha Trang, which have been implemented since 2017 but have not been completed yet.
The projects are invested by businesses to build infrastructure for the locality. In return, the State recovers capital with land funds in the old Nha Trang airport area for businesses to implement urban and resort projects.
Three projects include: Ring road connecting Ngoc Hoi traffic intersection, total investment of 1,196 billion VND; Ngoc Hoi intersection, total investment of 1,351 billion VND; Roads and traffic intersections connecting Nha Trang airport area, total investment of 1,015 billion VND.
According to the latest data as of February 2025, the implementation volume of the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project reached 52%, equivalent to 642 billion VND.
The Ring Road project connecting Ngoc Hoi traffic intersection reached 24%, equivalent to 286 billion VND.
