This mixed package is worth more than 111 billion VND, invested by the Lang Son Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board. The bid closing date is July 19, 2025.
The Construction package (including 7.68% of the contingency cost) belongs to the project to Upgrade and Expand Cao Loc High School (in the old Cao Loc district, now Ky Lua ward, Lang Son province).
This construction package is worth more than 28 billion VND, invested by the Lang Son Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board. The bid closing date is July 21, 2025.
In Lao Cai, there was also a large bid package that the investor announced to invite bids. That is Package No. 05: Construction + installation of equipment for the Le Van Tam Primary and Secondary School project, Ham Rong ward, Sa Pa town (now Sa Pa ward).
This package is worth more than 28 billion VND, invested by the Sa Pa Town Construction Investment Project Management Board (now the Sa Pa Area Construction Investment Project Management Board). The bid closing date is July 21, 2025.

This package is worth more than 23 billion VND, invested by the Department of Construction of Lai Chau province. The bid closing date is July 28, 2025.
In Son La, in the first half of July, the Traffic Construction Investment Component Project, part of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway Construction Investment Project, a section of the route in Son La province, announced the invitation to bid for 2 large packages, worth over 1,300 billion VND. Package No. 26 will construct more than 10 km of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway through Son La province, priced at more than 1,300 billion VND. The bid closing date is July 31, 2025.
At the same time as the package, in the bidding invitation notice, Package No. 27: Construction and installation of the project Km63+500- Km74+500 has also been announced by the investor to find a contractor.
Package No. 27 will construct about 11 km of expressway, the package price is more than 1,365 billion VND. The bid closing date is August 1, 2025.
