Woman was beaten to death by lightning in the field

    Thanh Hoa - While working in the fields, a woman was unfortunately hit by lightning and died in a thunderstorm.

    On June 17, the People's Committee of Dong Hoa commune, Thanh Hoa city (Thanh Hoa province) said that a lightning incident had just occurred in the area, killing a woman.

    The victim was identified as Ms. G. (born at 1958, residing in Tan Dai village, Dong Hoa commune, Thanh Hoa city).

    According to initial information, on the afternoon of June 16, there was heavy thunderstorms in the area. At this time, Ms. G. went to the border field between Dong Hoa commune and Dong Minh commune to work but was unfortunately hit by lightning, leading to her death on the spot.

    After the incident, local authorities visited and encouraged the victim's family.
