According to the records, specialized departments such as the Department of Internal Affairs, the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the district are updating the directive documents, adjusting management software to ensure smooth connection between the district and commune-level administrative units. At the same time, the handover of documents, seals, and assets after the merger is also being urgently completed.

Ho Chi Minh City: Complete preparations
After the arrangement, Ho Chi Minh City will have a total of 168 commune-level administrative units, including 113 wards, 54 communes and 1 special administrative area. The two-level government model has been tested and connected interactively, ensuring the entire system operates synchronously and smoothly from July 1.
At the old Tan Binh District People's Committee headquarters, in the last days of June, officers are urgently transporting and arranging documents, preparing for the official working day. In order to ensure smooth operation, Ho Chi Minh City will organize daily shuttle buses for officers from the Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center to the city, 6 trips in each direction, a route of 41km, ending at Saigon Bus Station (District 1). For Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the city arranges regular buses every day and on weekends, traveling about 2 hours and 10 minutes, also 6 trips each way. These buses not only serve daily commuters but also support the work between central administrative units and the merged areas.
Ho Chi Minh City Party Secretary Nguyen Van Nen requested that from July 1, the entire political system must act unitedly and resolutely, ensuring the new apparatus operates smoothly and effectively from the beginning.

Da Nang: Many obvious changes
