Accordingly, at 7:45 a.m. on July 23, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the River received a report from the 114 Command Information Center, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (City Police) about the case of a sunken body stuck under the boat mooring area on the dike, Hong An Ward.
After receiving the information, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the River immediately dispatched an underwater rescue vehicle along with 6 officers and soldiers from the Special elite Fire Fighting and Rescue Team underwater to quickly move to the scene; deployed a rescue formation.
At 9:20 a.m. the same day, the authorities found the male victim's body, salvaged it, brought it to shore and handed it over to Hong An Ward Police. Currently, Hong An Ward Police are verifying the victim's identity and handling the case according to regulations.
