This request is stated in Official Dispatch No. 3277/UBND-KT11 of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee on urgently completing the review and reporting on the results of handling difficult and problematic projects.
According to the content of the official dispatch, the Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to urgently complete the review and proposal of projects and land according to the guidance of the Ministry of Finance.
After completing the review, the Department of Finance is responsible for summarizing reports and advising the Provincial People's Committee to send documents to the Ministry of Finance. At the same time, relevant information must be updated to System 751 before March 11, 2026.
System 751 is a database system of the Steering Committee for resolving backlog projects.
Phu Tho requests the Department of Finance to be fully responsible for the review results and proposals related to the handling of projects.
For projects handled by ministries, central agencies and localities according to their authority, the province requests strict implementation of the Prime Minister's direction in Official Dispatch No. 14/CD-TTg dated February 15, 2026.
In addition, units must also comply with Document No. 1477/UBND-KT11 dated January 28, 2026 and Document No. 2359/UBND-KT11 dated February 11, 2026.
According to regulations, relevant agencies and units must periodically advise the Provincial People's Committee to send written reports to the Ministry of Finance.
At the same time, the results of project processing must also be updated to System 751 before the 20th of each month.
Agencies and units must be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if the implementation or reporting is delayed, affecting the progress of handling and removing general difficulties for the projects of the Steering Committee and Task Force 751.
In addition, units must also implement the guiding documents of Steering Committee 751, Ministry of Finance and Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee in the process of task implementation.
In the process of implementation, agencies and units need to coordinate with the Department of Finance to review and fully update projects to System 751 according to regulations.
At the same time, units must implement a periodic reporting regime according to regulations, and send reports to the Department of Finance for summarization before the 19th of each month.
Phu Tho also requested relevant agencies and units to seriously implement the above contents to ensure the progress of reviewing, updating and handling projects facing difficulties and obstacles in the province.
The full implementation of the requirements for reviewing, updating data and reporting regimes is identified as the responsibility of departments, branches and relevant agencies.
