Mr. Huynh Nguyen Ha, Director of the supermarket, said that 70 out of 100 employees could not go to work due to flooding, only 30 people were on duty, and had to work stressfully from morning to night.

Sources of goods from Ho Chi Minh City are being transferred, it is expected that 4 vehicles of necessities will be used to serve the people. However, the supply of vegetables, tubers and fruits from Ninh Hoa and Da Lat is broken, making it difficult to meet 100% of demand in the next few days.
"The supermarket is increasing the amount of goods to 300%-400% to serve customers. We ensure that prices do not increase to serve people at this time" - Mr. Ha said.
At markets, prices of green vegetables have increased sharply. Water spinach is 70,000 VND/kg, potatoes and cabbage are 30,000-40,000 VND/kg, 2-3 times more than usual.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, the flood on the Dinh Ninh Hoa River has exceeded the historical flood level.
The flood peak at Dong Trang station reached 13.14m, 2.14m higher than alert level 3, 0.28m below the historical flood level.
Floods are forecast to continue to rise in the next 24 hours, especially on Dinh Ninh Hoa River, peaking at 1-2:00 p.m. today at 6.8-7m, then decreasing slowly.
