New solutions to reduce congestion at the Eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City
Mr. Tran Quang Lam - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction - informed that to completely solve the congestion at the Northeast gateway, the city plans to build Binh Trieu 3 bridge (located between two existing bridges), at the same time expand Xo Viet Nghe Tinh and Dinh Bo Linh streets and study the implementation of an elevated road running along these two axes.
At the same time, the project to expand National Highway 13 from Binh Trieu Bridge to Vinh Binh Bridge is also being implemented with a total capital of more than 20,000 billion VND. The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just consulted on the Draft Resolution of the City People's Council regulating the land price list for the first time applied from January 1, 2026.
For the agricultural land price list, it is divided into 4 areas and three locations: location 1 is a plot of land adjacent to the roadside (within 200 m), location 2 is a plot of land 200-400 m from the roadside, location 3 is the remaining locations.

Former flight attendant and boyfriend set up a process for prostitution under a brand in Ho Chi Minh City
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy has just issued an indictment, prosecuting Dinh Thi Thanh Tuyen (32 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City), Zhang Lei (50 years old, Chinese nationality) and 5 accomplices for the crime of prostitution Brokerage.
According to the indictment, Tuyen was born and raised in Quang Ngai. At the age of 18, Tuyen went to Hanoi to live and work as a flight attendant. In 2022, Tuyen moved to Ho Chi Minh City to work.
In May 2022, Zhang Lei and Tuyen, living together as husband and wife, transferred the Tai Nguyen Fortuner II restaurant on Tran Hung Dao street (old District 5) to do food and karaoke business.
