Regarding the incident, a representative of Ba Ria General Hospital said that at 6:30 p.m. on October 12, 2025, the Emergency Department - Ba Ria General Hospital received a male patient with an unknown name, about 18 years old, who was taken to the hospital by SOS vehicle in a state of irritated illness, unable to come in contact, and had no relatives to accompany him. At 9:55 p.m. the same day, the patient was transferred to the Intensive Care and Poison Control Department. At 5:00 a.m. on October 13, 2025, the doctor assessed the patient as in a deep coma, unable to catch the beacon, with 0-0 blood pressure, and no light reflection on both sides of the 6mm condolence. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just reported to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the detailed plan for implementing component project 2: Upgrading and expanding National Highway 13 (from Binh Trieu Bridge to Vinh Binh Bridge), implemented according to the BOT (Building - Business - Transfer) contract.
This 5.9 km long section of National Highway 13 will be expanded to 60 m, accommodating 10 lanes.
Notably, on National Highway 13, an elevated road (overpass) of 3.2 km long will be built from Binh Trieu intersection to Binh Phuoc intersection, with a scale of 4 lanes and a design speed of 80 km/h. See more...

On October 17, a house built by mistake on someone else's land (on DX 066, Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) was being relocated by a construction service company (also known as "genie Lam") to the main owner's land.

Man dies in temporary house fire in Ho Chi Minh City
