The City People's Committee has just issued a document agreeing with the proposal of the Department of Construction on the detailed plan to implement component project 3: Upgrading and expanding National Highway 1 (from Kinh Duong Vuong Street to Long An border) under the form of public-private partnership (PPP), BOT contract (build - operate - transfer).
The project will start construction in the fourth quarter of 2026 and be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The total investment capital of component project 3 alone is more than VND6,600 billion, included in the total investment of about VND16,285 billion of the entire National Highway 1 upgrade project. See more...
