At that time, the tractor-trailer with license plate 19H-032.41 towing a trailer with license plate 19R-0 18.67 was driven by Mr. Le Ngoc Thu (born in 1991, in Phu Khe commune, Phu Tho province), moving from Tran Yen through Co Phuc bridge.
When arriving at the intersection of Pham Van Dong Street and Co Phuc Bridge (section of Vina KNF International Garment Company), it suddenly collided with an electric motorbike driven by Truong Thi L. (born in 1989, in Co Phuc 10 village, Tran Yen commune), traveling in the same direction.
At the scene, Ms. L. was run over by a tractor-trailer, leading to her death on the spot, and the electric motorbike was severely damaged.
Upon receiving the information, the authorities promptly arrived to investigate the cause and direct traffic.
