In Quang Tri, a driver of tractor-trailer BKS 51C-263. xx was also discovered driving continuously for more than 4 hours, not ensuring rest time between two driving sessions.
According to regulations, drivers who violate the above errors are fined from 3-5 million VND and will have 2 points of their driver's license deducted. Transport business units that hand over vehicles to employees to commit violations are fined from 8-12 million VND.
