On December 7, according to the reporter's investigation, the Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of Phu Tho province has just issued a notice to organize an auction of 34 residential land lots in Dong Ngoc area, Kien Trang village, Tam Duong Bac commune.
The total area of the lots is 3,852.5 m2, the area of each lot ranges from 108 m2 to 191.3 m2. This is rural residential land, state property, with a long term of use.
The starting price is fixed from 2.1 to 3 million VND/m2, equivalent to the value of each lot from 226.8 to 408 million VND. The auction winner must fully fulfill financial obligations according to regulations.
The auction is held indirectly, voting by post with a bidding round; the method of bidding up and the minimum price step is 1,000 VND/m2 (rounded up to thousands).
Those in need can actually see the property from November 28 to December 2 or come to see it yourself outside this time. The auction documents were sold and received at the Center from November 28 to 5:00 p.m. on December 10, and at the People's Committee of Tam Duong Bac commune from December 4 to 9.
The application must include a photocopy of the CCCD, deposit documents. The deposit must be transferred to the Center's account and must be completed before 5:00 p.m. on December 10, be careful not to combine multiple lots in one transaction.
Registration form and payment form sent by post, the Center must receive them before 5:00 p.m. the same day. The auction results will be announced at 8:00 a.m. on December 15, 2025 at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tam Duong Bac commune; those who do not win the auction will be refunded their deposit within 3 working days.
Auction participants must meet the conditions for State land allocation according to the 2024 Land Law and are not subject to the following prohibitions.
