On September 28, according to the reporter's research, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province Le Hai Hoa signed Decision No. 1631/QD-UBND on the establishment of a Steering Committee to organize the implementation of the 9-day Campaign to build and complete the land database in the province.
The Steering Committee consists of 7 members, headed by Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment holds the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee; Mr. Le Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police holds the position of Deputy Head of the Committee.
Other members include Mr. Dam Hai Trieu - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Vuong Quang Thien - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Trieu Dinh Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Luc Trong Hieu - Director of VNPT Cao Bang Information Technology Center.
According to the decision, the Steering Committee is responsible for operating and directing the implementation of the 90-day Campaign to build and complete the land database, and at the same time implementing Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNNMT.
The Steering Committee is responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for assigned tasks, working under a part-time regime and self-dissolving after completing the tasks.
During its operation, the Steering Committee is allowed to use the seal of the Provincial People's Committee for documents signed by the Head of the Committee; the seal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment for documents signed by the Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee; and the seal of the Provincial Police for documents signed by the Deputy Head of the Committee.
