On the afternoon of September 23, the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union (VBSP) on personnel work of the VBSP Trade Union and the organization of trade union congresses at all levels in the entire system, towards the VBSP Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
