On July 30, Emulation Cluster No. 1, Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor held a meeting to deploy a number of key tasks in the last 6 months of 2025. Mr. Vo Manh Son - Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor attended and directed the conference. Also attending were representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor and 16 grassroots unions under the cluster.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan - Chairman of the Hong Duc University Trade Union, Head of Emulation Cluster No. 1 - approved the plan and operating rules of the cluster. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Provincial Federation of Labor - oriented and implemented key contents in the coming time.
In particular, the focus is on implementing the Forum "Innovation, creativity for socio-economic development, building a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland in the period of 2024 - 2030"; promoting propaganda, caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; closely monitoring the situation of labor relations, coordinating to promptly handle arising recommendations, preventing labor disputes.
Emulation cluster No. 1 will also organize activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee (July 30, 1930 - July 30, 2025), such as visiting and giving gifts to relatives of union members, workers who are war invalids, martyrs, and workers in difficult circumstances. The "Union Meal" program will take place from July 20 to September 2, 2025 at a number of enterprises.
In addition, units have prepared plans to take care of the Lunar New Year in 2026, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of labor law policies; continue to launch emulation, rewards, develop union members, establish grassroots unions and propose solutions to attract workers at enterprises to join the Vietnam Trade Union.
