In response to the developments of the cases, trade unions at all levels have promptly coordinated with competent authorities to support the parties in dialogue and negotiation to find solutions.
Through the process of dialogue and negotiation between employers and the collective of employees with the support, guidance and witnessing of the authorities, most of the requests of employees have been resolved by the employer in whole or part, and the collective of employees have returned to normal work.
