On April 7, information from the Krong Buk District Labor Federation said that the unit had just coordinated with the Dang Van Quynh Notary Office to organize a launching ceremony and announce the decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union.
At the ceremony, the Krong Buk District Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 8 union members, establish a grassroots union and appoint a provisional Executive Committee of 3 members.
Mr. Nguyen Van Duy was appointed as Chairman of the grassroots trade union. The establishment of a new trade union organization brings the total number of grassroots trade unions in the district to 78 units.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Luu Thi Hoa - President of the Krong Buk District Labor Federation congratulated the new union organization.
Ms. Hoa suggested that grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organization, effectively carry out propaganda work, care for the rights of union members, and build a democratic, professional and legal working environment.
On behalf of the Executive Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Duy pledged to work with the collective to unite, improve the effectiveness of trade union activities, protect the rights of workers and build an increasingly strong organization.
On this occasion, the Krong Buk District Labor Federation also presented the 2024 union fund to the grassroots union.
