The members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union always closely follow the situation of the unit, promptly grasp the aspirations of the collective of employees, answer questions, and resolve problems arising in labor relations; the Trade Union negotiates and discusses with the Board of Directors to amend collective labor agreements and labor regulations in accordance with regulations, in accordance with the reality of enterprises.

During the 2020 - 2025 term, up to the third quarter of 2025, the Trade Union of PouYuen Vietnam Company has advised the Company's Board of Directors to award 12,891 gold logos to workers who have worked for the company for 15 years or more and 308 gold bracelets to workers of retirement age.
The Trade Union also suggested that the Board of Directors develop and adjust the salary scale and regional minimum wage in accordance with regulations, negotiate, develop amendments, and sign collective labor agreements with many beneficial contents for employees.
