On the morning of November 19, Binh Thuan Economic and Technical College, a public vocational training institution under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, held the opening ceremony of the new school year, the ceremony to announce the decision and award the certificate of meeting the standards for quality assessment of vocational training institutions to the school.
In the new school year 2024 - 2025, the school has enrolled 550 students to study at the intermediate level, reaching 137.5% of the assigned target. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the new school year, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Principal of Binh Thuan Economic - Technical College said that in recent times, the unit has improved the quality of training, created a dynamic learning environment, and trained high-quality human resources to meet the needs of the labor market.
Coordinate and link with businesses to train and use products after training, creating conditions for students to access the working environment of businesses, and at the same time have income while still studying at school.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Huu Quy - Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial Labor Federation, highly appreciated the results achieved by the school. At the same time, he hoped that the school would continue to innovate teaching methods to further improve the quality of education and training, vocational education. Expand the scale of enrollment, especially enrollment in high-tech occupations, to increasingly meet the needs of society.
Representing the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Do Huu Quy - Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial Confederation of Labor presented flowers and gifts to congratulate the Opening Ceremony of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Principal of Binh Thuan Economic and Technical College.
After 15 years of establishment and development efforts, Binh Thuan Economic - Technical College has met the criteria and standards prescribed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to be certified as meeting the standards for quality assessment of vocational education institutions. At the ceremony, Vietnam Education Investment and Assessment Joint Stock Company awarded the certificate of meeting the standards for quality assessment of vocational education institutions to the school.
This event marks an important turning point, a transformation of the school and affirms the quality of training to society, further strengthening the trust of employers in the cooperation with the school.
On this occasion, Binh Thuan College of Economics and Technology awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 teachers who had good achievements in the quality assessment of vocational education institutions in 2024 and 5 teachers who had good achievements in the implementation of enrollment work in 2024.
Also at the ceremony, students presented fresh bouquets of flowers to express their gratitude to their teachers. And awarded scholarships to students to give them more motivation to go to school.
