According to Circular No. 08/2026/TT-BKHCN, within 60 days from the date of effectiveness, telecommunications enterprises must notify and request customers to complete the re-verification of information. Thus, after today, June 15, subscribers who have not verified their subscriber information will be locked from calling and sending messages, the next roadmap is to lock both directions of service before permanently recalling the number.
