Ingredients:

100g cabbage, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 carrot, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tomato, chopped

5ml olive oil (1 teaspoon)

1g cayenne pepper (1/2 teaspoons)

1 liter of vegetable stock

Salt and pepper are enough

How to do:

Preheat the oil in a pot, stir-fry the garlic and onions until fragrant.

Add carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage to the island for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes, vegetable stock, cayenne pepper, season with salt and pepper.

Simmer for 20 minutes, serve hot.

Ginger carrot soup

Ingredients:

200g carrots, sliced

1 onion, chopped

2cm fresh ginger, distilled

5ml olive oil

1 liter of vegetable stock

Salt and pepper are enough

How to do:

Saute the onions and ginger in the oil until fragrant.

Add the carrots, cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in the broth, season, simmer for 20 minutes.

Use a blender to puree the blender, eat while it is still warm.

Lentil and vegetable soup

Ingredients:

100g red or green lentils, soak and rinse

1 carrot, diced

1 celery branch, diced

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 zucchini, diced

50g spinach

2g cumin powder (1 teaspoon)

5ml olive oil

1 liter of vegetable stock

Salt and pepper are enough

How to do:

Saute the onions and garlic in oil until soft.

Stir the spinach well before eating.
