Spicy cabbage soup
Ingredients:
100g cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
5ml olive oil (1 teaspoon)
1g cayenne pepper (1/2 teaspoons)
1 liter of vegetable stock
Salt and pepper are enough
Preheat the oil in a pot, stir-fry the garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage to the island for 5 minutes.
