Establishing a disciplinary council for students who acted inappropriately when the A80 convoy passed

On August 17, social networks spread a video of a motorbike carrying three students from Lam Nghiep High School (Xuan Mai Commune, Hanoi) without a helmet, wearing military uniforms and acting offensively when the A80 convoy passed near the Sat bridge area. The incident caused public outrage.
Immediately afterwards, Xuan Mai Commune Police coordinated with Traffic Police Team No. 12 to verify and invite the students involved to work. At the police station, all three students admitted to the violation and pledged not to repeat the offense. The authorities prepared a warning file, temporarily detained the vehicle and notified the school.
Lam Nghiep High School confirmed that the above students had just entered grade 10, and invited parents to work, asking students to report and establish a disciplinary council to consider the handling level. Principal Le Khanh Toan believes that this is an "expensive lesson" and hopes that society will create conditions for students to correct their mistakes, while the school will strengthen propaganda and rectify the style in all students. Forecast of a field that needs a lot of high-quality human resources in the coming time
Many localities still lack teachers before the new school year
On the eve of the new school year 2025 - 2026, many schools across the country have proactively reviewed, renovated facilities and prepared personnel. At Trang Phai Primary and Secondary School (Lang Son), basic preparations have been completed, but there is still a shortage of 4 teachers. At Chieng Noi Primary School (Son La), facilities that were heavily affected by floods have been repaired, meeting national standards level 1, but there is still a shortage of teachers of Information Technology, Fine Arts and Music.

The shortage of teachers and schools is still a common problem in the whole industry. According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the country currently has more than 618,000 classrooms, the solidification rate is nearly 90%, but there is still a shortage of nearly 36,000 classrooms in preschool and primary school, along with more than 6,400 borrowed classrooms, mainly in remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas.
To solve this problem, the education sector aims to increase resources to build schools. Hanoi has built 43 new schools in the 2024 - 2025 school year and is preparing to put into operation 2 more high schools in the next school year. In Ho Chi Minh City, with more than 2.6 million students, the city sets a target of 300 classrooms/10,000 people, and applies GIS maps in enrollment to reduce traffic pressure and overload students.
